Well, that looks correct; there definitely aren't 7000 articles difference
between those two numbers.  So it sounds like lowmark has done what it
should do.  Was it possible you were trying before lowmark finished
running?  Are you still seeing the same symtoms?

If so, try telnetting directly to the NNTP port and entering:

        GROUP uk.media.dvd

and see what it returns.
