displaying diferent names

Hi freinds,

I'd like to know how can I change the way that the groups are displayed,
including some description about the referred group.

For example, the news server "news.oglobo.com.br" has a group called
oglobo.info.browsers, but the name displayed is "Tips and Notes about
using browsers".
I think that in this site they use Collabra server from Netscape.
Is there some way to add this feature in the INN??
