Header only feed

I looked at the innfeed code and decided to pass. I assume that it is
mechanically translated from some other language to C? Doing the logic
would be easy, but adding to the parsing stuff didn't look to be.

In any case, I did a proof of concept feed hack to innxmit "way back when"
and since I was only using it to feed reader machines, and I'm willing to
live with feeds delayed by a minute or so.
