tradspool convert to CNFS

There is no conversion tool for it.  As to
2.2, makeshitory does it.  The easiest way
I think is to feed articles to another server.

Note that fed server can be the same server
which feeds(i.e. feed to localhost).  You can
done with separate inn.conf which is set by
INNCONF variable.
