articles only existing after expire via news.daily

Hello!

I'm running INN 2.2.2 with the CNFS storage method on an OpenBSD 2.6 i386
system.

Each article that gets feeded to my newsserver and each article that I post
to the server gets accepted, and doing a "LISTGROUP <GROUP>" also shows the
new article number, however trying to get it with whatever command (article,
body...) fails with "Bad Article Number".

Now, if I execute "news.daily notdaily nomail" all articles exist and there's
no "Bad Article Number" anymore! Putting "noexpire" on the command line
won't give the desired effect.

So it seems that all articles only appear after expiring. But why? I'd like to
get my news immediately after receiving them.
