installation and start

Hi, 
I downloaded inn-2.3.3g to a suse7.2 system and was able to 
configure it with perl, but without SSL. The with-openssl
configuration had problems with files not found. So just took
the  with-perl configuration. It compiled correctly.

I've no idea about running it. The whole subdirectories are 
completely different to the previos versions I know.
The general documentation available about inn on isc.org refers
to the old versions.

Is there a quickstart guide available ?
