Some highlights vs. BIND 8.2.2:

	Portability to IPv6 versions of FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD.
	Portability improvements (A/UX, AIX, IRIX, NetBSD, SCO, MPE/IX).

	IXFR improvements (though client-side is still disabled).
