New BIND release candidates are available: 9.9.13rc2, 9.10.8rc2, 9.11.4rc2, 9.12.2rc2

New release candidates are available for upcoming maintenance releases
in the 9.9, 9.10, 9.11, and 9.12 stable release branches of BIND.

These are the second release candidates for the upcoming set of
maintenance releases and they were issued in order to include change
#4984, which prevents a problem described in today's BIND Operational
Notification "Extremely large zone transfers can result in corrupted
journal files or server process termination"
