New BIND releases are available -- 9.11.4-P2, 9.12.2-P2, and 9.13.3

New BIND releases are available from https://www.isc.org/downloads

BIND 9.11.4-P2 and BIND 9.12.2-P2 are patch releases which contain
code corrections for the behaviors reported in today's operational
notifications:

   Operational Notification: Change 4892 exposed multiple problems
   affecting inline-signing

and

   Operational Notification: Some releases of BIND are too strict
   when handling referrals containing non-empty answer sections
