We recommend users contemplating moving from the EOL BIND 9.11
branch to the BIND 9.16 branch read the following document:

An important note for users of BIND packages from the Copr repository.
We will shortly bump the major version numbers - as follows:
bind-esv will move from 9.11.37 to 9.16.28
bind will move from 9.16.27 to 9.18.2
bind-dev will move from 9.18.1 to 9.19.0
