YOU CAN'T.

DNS doesn't "do" URLs.

DNS does lookups of, e.g., alias to hostname, hostname to IP address,
IP address to hostname.  NOTHING about directories or services, except
for a few "experimental" record types.

It can NOT translate to a URL that contains a directory or file name.
