60s hang

Reverse DNS.. PTR records. When you connect to a server, it will attempt
to  do a lookup on the address to get your hostname.domainname.

This is the primary use of PTR records. The server may not care whether
the name exists or not, but if not configured correctly, connection
attempts may fail.
