What's the problem? Why do you think you can't put PTR records for both
domains in the same inverse zone file? If you have
primary 101.168.192.in-addr.arpa rev.db
in your named.boot, the rev.db file can contain reverse entries for both
domains:
1 IN PTR host.domain1.com.
2 IN PTR otherhost.domain2.com.
3 IN PTR mail.domain1.com.
