A RR negative cache entry

	These two the snu.edu has tried to used IP addresses instead of
	hostnames in the NS records for snu.edu.  This does not work.

	Named is reporting that it 204.126.2.2 does not exist.

	ns2.etracks.com is listed as a namserver for etracks.com but
	it does not exist.
