Domain data format change btwn DNS PRI and SEC

Please let me clarify the point.
 
When we contain INCLUDE file like below,
why decondary's same domain data file is neat with using $ORIGIN ??
And what the name of script entity do so?

(1)  DNS PRIMARY

(zzz.yyy.zone)    $INCLUDE dhcp.rev.zone


(dhcp.rev.zone)   xxx1.xxx2   3600   IN   PTR   host3.sony.co.jp.

(2)  

$ORIGIN xxx2.yyy.zzz.in-addr.arpa.
xxx1     3600    IN      PTR     host3.sony.co.jp.
