problem in second DNS

Dear all,

I found more problem with my second DNS, that is

tscc2:/etc#host ns1.telstra.net
ns1.telstra.net has address 203.50.0.24
ns1.telstra.net has address 139.130.4.5
tscc2:/etc#host 203.50.0.24                     <-- I can not do this
tscc2:/etc#host 139.130.4.5                     <-- I can not do this

But on my first DNS can can do the both direction queries.

Do I set some thing wrong?
