This is a site that has set up RFC 2317-style reverse DNS, but hasn't
filled in all the PTR records in the subdomain (they have entries for .1,
..4, .5, .6, and .11).  16.88.132.62.in-addr.arpa is a CNAME pointing to
16.nasa.88.132.62.in-addr.arpa, but the latter doesn't exist.
