An NS record points at dnspri.domain.tld - I *implore* posters to the
list to ALWAYS give the actual domain names and IP addresses relating
to their questions - but there is no A record for dnspri.domain.tld.
In other words, someone has screwed up the delegation of domain.tld.
Since you didn't give us the actual domain name, it's not possible to
investigate further.
