Bind messages in logs?

This is not a BIND (DNS) problem, it is a bind problem.
They are NOT related. This seems to indicate that you either have
multiple inetds trying to run or you have the same lines configured
twice in interd.conf, or something else has already started the services
. You need to determine why inted is starting every 5 minutes.
"Address already in use" refers to port numbers, not ip addresses.
