make depend on HPUX 10.20 (bind 8.2)

When I do the "make depend" on my user account, I get the error :

        mkdep -I../../include -I../../port/hpux10/include  noop.c
Make: Cannot load mkdep.  Stop.
*** Error exit code 1

Why ?

The release is bind 8.2. My unix is HPUX 10.20.

Could you help me ?
