bind 8.2.1 & default TTL

Add a line before the SOA in the zone file to the effect of $TTL 86400 or
how ever many seconds you like.  There is config documentation at
http://www.isc.org/view.cgi?/products/BIND/misc/config_hints.phtml which
covers this subject and more.
