Delegating Authority for small nets

I'm trying to delegate a reverse DNS lookup for a small section of IP
addresses to a remote DNS, is that possible?

Like say I have the C block of 200.200.2.x.

200.200.2.100-200 needs to be delegated to another DNS, is there any
way to do this?
