You forgot a trailing dot after "dns1.knology.net" in an NS record in the
14.192.209.in-addr.arpa zone data file.

Your name server sent a message to a slave name server listed in an NS
record to let it know that the pcflight.com zone had changed.

I don't think that's the name server.  Looks like syslogd is doing that.

It depends on the version of BIND you're running.  You could use syslog.conf
to send all facility daemon messages somewhere else, or with BIND 8, you can
use a logging statement in named.conf to redirect logged output.
