Newbie Question: How Do I Find My ISP's DNS Server(s) IP Address?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a proxy server to split my cable modem
connection.

Wingate is asking for my ISP's DNS server IP  Address.

My ISP, MediaOne/RoadRunner is being less (much less) than helpful.
In fact, at the moment, they refuse to give me the information even
though company policy clearly states that I AM allowed to hook up a
LAN.


Any help appreciated.
