Bind access problems

hello,

I have installed bind 8.2.2 as secondary and want that 2 cache-only use
this on this backbone ( ethernet ) interface.

this error i got at the secondary server :
Nov  2 19:15:57 212.79.36.30 named[15137]: refused query on non-query
socket from
[212.79.36.29].1024

and this i got from the cache-only :

> www.suse.de
Server:  [212.79.36.30]
Address:  212.79.36.30

*** [212.79.36.30] can't find www.suse.de: No response from server  
 
i whant access from .29 to .30 to got any answer .

i dont whant directly access the providers dns from the cache to prevent
unsolid trafik.

Can any here please explain  how to do this ?
