Converting from BIND4 -> BIND8

BIND 8 comes with a script, named-confboot, that converts the named.boot
file to named.conf syntax.  If you're upgrading to 8.2 or higher, you also
need to add '$TTL <default-TTL>' directives to all your primary zone files.
