"whois acp.org" says:

   Domain servers in listed order:

   EXETER.ACP.ORG		149.28.112.2
   AUTH03.NS.UU.NET		198.6.1.83

However, the UUNET server doesn't seem to have the domain installed on it.
Either contact your ISP and get them to fix this, or update your
registration.
