bind error & version

Hi,

I've just upgraded from 8.1.1 to 8.2.2patch5, but
I don't know how can I know the version number
of the running BIND.
Can I get it somehow?

My other problem is that there's an error message since I upgraded;

"Nov 27 11:49:51 firewall named[115]: bind(dfd=20, [127.0.0.1].53):
Invalid argument"

What does it mean?
