How to find a DNS IP Address on LAN

All these work from the command prompt aka DOS.

method 1

winipcfg
you will see the current ip address in the properties for the network
adapter

method 2

ping WS1.toto.fr
will replay with the current ip address

method 3 (quickest)

nbtstat -n localhost
