	BIND 8.2.2 is now released.

	Add "$TTL <soa_minimum_value>" to the start of all zone files.
	e.g.
		$TTL 3600
		@	IN	SOA	....

	SOA mimimum is now used for negative caching.  $TTL is use to
	set a default for records without a explicit TTL value. See
	RFC 2308.
