BIND 8.2 + SunOS 4.1.4

I am upgrading my nameserver from BIND 4.9.7 to BIND 8.2.

The OS is SunOS 4.1.4.

I ran named.boot through named-bootconf to get named.conf.

When I start up named it seems to get swapped out and doesn't
answer queries.

When I run "named -d" a tail of named.run looks like this:

master zone "0.0.127.IN-ADDR.ARPA" (IN) loaded (serial 1999041201)
zone[3] type 1: '0.0.127.IN-ADDR.ARPA' z_time 0, z_refresh 0
ctl_server: bind: Address already in use
ctl_server: new ctx be8c0, sock 7

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
