Bind 4.9.5 on NT vs MS DNS

I'm planning to change the two machine with the DNS (primary and secondary)
in my business. It's a Bind 4.9.5 running Windows NT 4 Server.
Do you think I should keep (or upgrade) Bind or going to NT built-in DNS (I
don't speak about Win 2000 DNS but NT 4 DNS, I want to wait and see before
using Win 2000 for critical use)? I have something like 70 domains on this
DNS.
I'm also planning to put a cache-only DNS in my Lan. Can Bind do it or
should I use MS DNS for that?
