	Lame server indicates that the server queried is not authorative for
	a zone it has been delegated.

	logging {
		channel lame-servers { null; };
	};

	It's normal especially for classless in-addr.arpa delegations.
	Mind you this delegation was botched.

	Double click are running bind 8.2 which has a bug in the multiple
	cname support.

	If it is before BIND 8.2 it is running in pid mode. After both
	modes unless the server failed to create a control socket.

	All processes on a unix box have a process id.

	Don't mix and match named / named-xfer / ndc versions.

	If you have an old version of named running with a new version of
	ndc.
		ndc -s restart ...
