redirecting overseas requests to local servers

You can't. You would need to have 4 separate domain names. Like
ww-europe.domain.com. Unless of course, the client are on the same
network as the servers or they are using sortlist. But to get a client
anywhere on the internet to pick a server by location is not possible.
