I am curious.. Does anyone know why his queries to root were failing? This seems to be the root cause of this issue. If it's a network issue, it's not going to stop with having roots locally. If it a busy root server issue, he might run into the same problem. Obviously, he is going to need more than one server for redundancy and/or traffic. Michael
