Hello:

I had a problem compiling BIND v. 8.2.1

Here is a capture of the make process:

make [2]: Leaving directory '/robbin/src/bind/irpd'
/robbin/src/bin/dnskeygen
make[2]: Entering directory '/robbin/src/bin/dnskeygen'
gcc -03 -melf -fpic -I../../port/sco50/include -I../../include -c
dnskeygen.c
make[2]: *** No rule to make target '../../lib/libbind.a: needed by
'dnskeygen' Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory '/robbin/src/bin/dnskeygen'
/robbin/src/bin/named-bootconf
make[2]: Entering directory '/robbin/src/bin/named-bootconf'
cp named-bootconf .sh named-bootconf
chmod +x named-bootconf
/usr/local/bin/install -c -m 755 named-bootconf
/usr/local/etc/named-bootconf
make[2]: /usr/local/bin/install. Command not found.
make[2]: *** [install] Error 127
make[2]: Leaving directory '/robbin/src/bin/named-bootconf'
make[1]: *** [install] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/robbin/src/bin'
make: *** [install] Error 2

Please help, I've been struggling with this problem for weeks.

I'm trying to compile on a sco system.

Thank you,
