Generating /etc/hosts from zone files?

The BIND 8 "contrib" distribution has what you need.

Where did you find the 'tons' of utilities to convert hosts files to
zone files? I've been looking for that without luck. I found a reference
to a utility called hostcvt but I can't locate a copy.
