Customize DNS lookup based on source IP address

Thanks all for your suggestions.

I added sortlist and rrset-order options in named.conf to control the order
in which different IP's get the rrset for a certain server. 

Are there other ways to do DNS customization based on source IP? Can Bind
return only one value (instead of an ordered rrset) to different source IP's?
