Granite Canyon Problems since 3/15 upgrade (Attn: Steve Senator)

I'm having two problems with the service since the upgrade.  I use the
service for the domain tt.tc.  First, (and relatively minor) the new
BIND rejected my old zone file because I have a CNAME record for
dan.tt.tc and also a DNS style email address of dan.tt.tc in the RP
record.  I changed the zone file so that the problem would go away.
But, (this is the second, MAJOR problem) the server refuses to load
anything except my old zone file (serial number for the zone is
153752913) and continues to give the same CNAME and other error for
the host dan.tt.tc.  My latest zone file (serial number 154something
because I have deleted and resubmitted the zone) has no references to
dan.tt.tc at all!  I have tried resubmitting as both tt.tc and TT.TC.
Nothing has worked.  The current status is that I have submitted DOAs
for all of the zones (tt.tc and TT.TC) with the hopes that at some
point it will no longer be trying to load my broken zone file.
Hopefully there will be an error log without tt.tc and then I can
resubmit.  Below is the zone file (I think it's error free) that I
