are the dns records that msdns keeps compatible with bind?

Here's a question for all you gurus.
I've got my msdns server setup and functioning...  one problem not reliable
enough to use with a dial up
/ dsl connection.  So I switched and started using bind instead.
Can I copy my zone files and in-addr.arpa files from msdns into the bind
configuration?
I've got them pretty much remade, was just curious
