Dynamic DNS

Version 3.X of the ISC DHCP server has dynamic DNS support.  The current
release is 3.0 beta 1, patch 13.  The traffic on the DHCP user and developer
lists suggests that although this beta doesn't meet Ted Lemon's quality
levels for a production release, it is better than most other companies
production releases.
