Not reading changes to named.conf?

I turned on query logging, then requested anchorit.co.uk using a browser
on the server (then turned query logging off : )) and this is what I got.

Apparently, the one above is a problem, how do I prevent this?

This seems to be a problem, according to the bind-messages page, it
means that the server is being referred to itself. What could be causing
this?

Apparently these lines are just info, don't know if there is anything of
