Compiling problems under AIX

I'm trying to compile BIND 8.2.2 patchlevel 5 on AIX 4.2.1.0 with gcc
version 2.7.2.2 and GNU Make version 3.76.1 installed. I get the
following mess of errors. Thoughts? Thanks for the time.
