Bind8 Detailed documentation

Hello world!

I am looking for detailed bind8 specific documentation. What comes with
the source package is a bit thin from my point of view, especially I am
missing examples.

I am rather familiar with bind4 systems but now I have some problems with
the new features.

I want
top priority: online docs/examples
second priority: printed books but with strong focus on bind8

The integration of a DHCP / WINS world with a Bind8 system is also of
interest.
