In the reverse zone, use a single PTR record for that address.

IMO the primary RFCs to read would be 952, 1034, 1035, 1912, 2317 and
2782, then 1101, 1183, 1886, 2010, 2181, 2308 and 2606.

If you want more user-friendly documentation, I recommend "DNS and BIND"
by Albitz and Liu.
