Question about Bogus Message

Hello,
I have some question about 'BOGUS' message.

When I send the query(www.jcg.com),
I received the error(Host Name Looup Failure) from the server
Although the host(www,jcg.com) exists.

Debugging file(named.run) is like .........

I send differnt queries after this query.
But, I received the same errors and debugging file was written the same
messages.
And, after a few tiem, the server repaired of itself.

What are means of messages
 -"Bogus (0,0,0,0)" and "no address for root server"?
And, Why did this event happen?
