can not install man pages

The Makefile uses UCB version of install, but your version (first found
in $PATH) does not recognize UCB options. (In Solaris, for example, there
are two variants - /usr/sbin/install and /usr/ucb/install.) Change your
PATH or specify full path name for install in your Makefile.
