Offhand, it looks like you specified the same filename for both the "iloilo.fapenet.org" and "0-26.244.134.202.in-addr.arpa" zones. The
"iloilo.fapenet.org" zone transfer (over)wrote the zonefile, so now it is invalid for "0-26.244.134.202.in-addr.arpa". Compounding the problem, there appears
to be a problem with the master for "0-26.244.134.202.in-addr.arpa" -- probably a syntax error in the master zone file -- which is preventing you from
transferring a fresh copy and overwriting the "iloilo.fapenet.org" zone data.

Fix your problem, get the master to fix their problem, and you should be all set.
