RC2 / NT : pb's compiling

Our programmer reports these pb's trying to compile RC2 for NT:


OK I compiled BINDCtrl.exe,bindevt.dll,named-xfer.exe with success but 
couldn't link libbind.dll because of an "unresolved external symbol _fchown "
Message = "Creating library Release/libbind.lib and object Release/libbind.exp
logging.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _fchown
..\bin\Release\libbind.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals
Error executing link.exe."

Anybody got a clue ??
