problem with mail from aol.com

hello all,

some users can not received mail from aol.com, the error that received the 
people from aol.com is the following:

<ralvarez at tmx.com.ni>...Deferred: Name server: ns.tmx.com.ni. host name 
lookup failure

but is only with aol.com.

what is the problem ? if my dns is ok.
where is the problem ?
what can i do to solve this one ?
